We accept all kind of debit cards including credit cards.

Please turn up 15 minutes before your booking. If you are too late, you simply have less time for the game because the next group should start on time.

Should you break anything in the room or damage the room then you will be fined.

No photos or video may be taken within the rooms so the rooms remain secret for future players. We welcome you to use your phone or camera in the reception area.

Children above 12 are ok to play with their parents. If you come alone, we expect you to be 16+.

The reservation can be changed with a 24-hours notice or canceled with a 2-days notice. The reservation can only be rescheduled once and cannot be canceled after it was rescheduled. Same day reservations cannot be canceled or rescheduled. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 2 days of your reservation. Private events can be rescheduled or canceled with 2-days notice.

Everyone is involved in the game at his/her own risk.

It is prohibited to participate in the game under the effect of alcohol or any other mind-altering substances.
